Scott McCallum

Scott has overall responsibility for sales and delivery of Optimation's services across the entire SDLC lifecycle, encompasing our Consulting, Development & Integration, Project Management, Testing and Support service lines. Scott has over 24 years of experience in sales, delivery and management of IT services to large clients in Australia and New Zealand. He has previously held senior roles with IBM and, most recently, as CIO of the Wholesale division of Telecom NZ.

Sharon Butler

General Manager, Corporate Services

Sharon Butler

Sharon is responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services to the client-facing practices of Optimation, ensuring delivery of high quality HR & Talent Management, Commercial, Marketing & Communications, Finance, IT and Administration services. Her area of specialisation is Finance and she has a background in banking and Finance. Sharon is passionate about achieving excellence in delivery and customer service.

National Manager, Testing

John is a career test specialist and his 20+ years of experience in IT include over a decade in senior roles such as Head of Testing and Test Director at organisations including Westpac, BNZ, Telecom and most recently, QualIT. He is passionate about building and leading well-engaged, high performing test teams and a high performance culture.

Anthony Hafoka

Anthony’s background includes senior consultant and practice leadership roles at companies including HP, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a track record of delivering successful organisational change and process improvement through leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, team management, project management, and IT consultancy deliveries.

Stephen Stanley

Account Director, Vodafone

Stephen Stanley

Stephen is responsible for managing all aspects of Optimation's key strategic relationship with Vodafone. He has an impressive track record in professional services account management with companies including SAP, Microsoft, and most recently, HP. Stephen is skilled in working with very large and complex clients such as Telecom and his consultative, strategic approach enables him to build strong long-term relationships with client executives.
